An engineering center is not an MRO department — it handles technical management, process improvement, equipment R&D and special tooling.

The PAC Innovation Center is exactly such an independent engineering center.

As R&D capability grows and customer demand expands, we keep increasing investment — serving both PAC's own product lines and external custom projects.

Over recent years, more and more non-aviation customers have come to us — drawn to PAC's R&D capability and the ability to bring "aviation-grade quality" to industrial customers.

The Innovation Center is also the bridge for global professional brands entering domestic aircraft maintenance systems, and the bridge by which PAC connects with overseas customers.

The Innovation Center has its own plant and machining line, equipped with R&D team, process engineers and a project management system. From customer requirement review, design, prototyping, batch manufacturing to factory inspection — the full chain is closed-loop within the center.

The Two-Way Bridge of the PAC Innovation Center

The Innovation Center carries two independent yet complementary capability lines: joint R&D with COMAC on test equipment for new platforms, and channelling mature global professional equipment into domestic aircraft maintenance systems with airworthiness landing. Both lines together serve the cause of "domestic aircraft ecosystem development".

As a COMAC equipment supplier, PAC conducts joint R&D around domestic-platform test equipment — covering signal detection, performance verification and special tooling. Specific products are not named due to partnership constraints, but the capability path is consistent and visible.

Entering Domestic Maintenance

PAC is the "airworthiness bridge" for global professional brands entering domestic aircraft maintenance systems. We perform required airworthiness engineering, document coordination and maintenance manual integration so that domestic aircraft enjoy world-class equipment support within their maintenance systems.

PAC Is Also the China Bridge for Overseas Customers

The bridge is two-way. Beyond bringing global brands into domestic maintenance systems, PAC uses its engineering, manufacturing and document-coordination capability to serve overseas aviation and non-aviation customers — from requirement review and cross-border coordination to on-site delivery, fully end-to-end.
